for local Firefighter
Come and Face-off in support of a local Everett Fireman, Steve Goforth, 37, waiting for a heart transplant. “Eat Heats” will be held through out the day at Biringer’s 19th “PigOut on the Farm” Berry Fest, June 21 & 22, 10-5. Biringer Farm is located off Hwy 529 between Everett & Marysville.
Slurp n’ and Burp n’ at the infamous Strawberry Shortcake Eatin’ Contest is a fun way to eat piggish style, diggin’ down underneath those juicy strawberry shortcakes with piles of whip cream in a trough and findin’ dirt (chocolate) underneath! The secret of success is eatin’ it with No Hands! ooooeee!
How can you pass this up? The Pig-Trough Shortcake is FUN FUN FUN with a healthy donation (minimum $5) from each Slurper, giving them the satisfaction of giving back to a local hero in need. Bystanders may also participate in the donations.
Steve and his family will be here in person and help judge at the final “Eat Heat” on Saturday, June 21st at 4 pm. Assisting in this fun event, will be The Seattle Seafair Pirates (watch out), Fire Fighters, The Village Restaurant, Sound Harley-Davidson of Smokey Point, Biringer Farm and Staff.
