- Previous management experience.

- Ability to use or learn to use farm equipment, tractor, train, trolley, etc. Training sessions for specific operations are available.
- Valid driver’s license with experience on truck, forklift or tractor preferred.
- Organizational skills, including working with inventory, directing traffic, field production, etc.
- Ability to follow and give instructions.
- Ability to work individually, with team, under supervision & with management.
- Ability to perform assigned tasks in a timely manner.
- Ability to learn picker orientation, picker hiring and the law regarding picker employment, and use of picker timecard readers.
- Skills in handling complaints, and giving customer satisfaction.
- Ability to work well under pressure.
- Ability to give and to take constructive criticism.
- Knowledge of telephone etiquette.
- Ability to use or learn cashiering skills, such as cash register operation, making change, credit card machine.
- Computer experience with WORD, EXCEL and Mailing List data base type program.
- Jobs require varying amounts of standing, bending, sitting, lifting, walking for long periods of time.
- You will be accountable to your team, or to your supervisor and to management.
- You will work in a fast-paced customer service and multi-cultural environment experiencing growth and constant change. Pressure-filled business with on-the-spot decision making required.
- Performance will be based on customer satisfaction and established productivity and quality standards.
